Kofta is a dish that gets mouth watering on hearing its name. By the way,
koftas can be made in many ways. But Malai Kofta is a rich dish in which koftas
are made from Potato and Paneer. You can also try this dish during home dinner
party.
Malai Kofta IngredientsBoil and grind:
1 medium or 1
cup onion roughly chopped
½ inch piece
ginger
2 garlic garlic
3 medium or 2
cups tomatoes roughly chopped
5-6 cashews
½ cup water
For Malai Kofta Gravy:
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
1 bay leaf
4 inch cinnamon
stick
2-3 cloves
2 small
cardamoms
Salt to taste
1 ½ tsp red
chilli powder
1 tsp coriander
powder
½ - 4 cups of
water
½ tsp garam
masala
1 tsp Kasuri
Methi
¼ cup heavy
cream (Amul fresh cream, cream)
For the koftas:
Boil 2 small or
1 cup potatoes, remove the skin, and mash it
1 cup grated
paneer
3 tablespoons
corn starch (corn flour)
½ tsp garam
masala
1 tbsp cashew
chopped
1 tbsp raisins
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

How to make Malai KoftaHow to make Malai Kofta Gravy:
Step 1
Take onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, cashew
and water in a pan or pan. Put the gas on medium heat and let it come to a fry.

Then fry for 15 minutes.

Method of preparation for Kofta:

In a bowl take grated paneer, spiced
potatoes, corn starch, salt, garam masala, cashews and raisins.

Mash the dough and make it like a dough.

Make 12-13 round koftas from it.

While
you are making the balls, keep the oil on medium flame for frying the koftas
on one side.
Step 5
Fry
the koftas in hot oil. Soak only 4-5 koftas at a time so that the oil
temperature does not fall.

Keep stirring for a while so that all the
other things are cooked.
Step 7
Remove it as it turns golden brown.
Step 8
Place the paper towel in a plate and take
out the fried koftas in it so that the extra oil will suck the paper.
Step 9
Now reheat gravy to serve Malai Kofta. Take
the cream in a small bowl.
Step 10
Dip the koftas in the cream alternately, the
cream will wrap around the koftas.

Add the koftas to the
gravy.

Likewise put all the koftas in the gravy.
