Recipe for Nargisi Kofta
Nargisi Kofta is a very testy and simpe indian dish. The recipe evolved from northern India.
Hello, everyone welcomes to foodlifes. Today I bring you a recipe called Nargisi Kofta.
Nargisi Kofta is unmatchable in taste, it is a non-veg recipe and non-veg eaters enjoy it. It differs in taste from any other kofta recipe because eggs are also used. It takes some hard work to make it, but after eating it, everyone will definitely appreciate you. If you are going to have a party at your house, you can impress everyone by making Nargisi Kofta.
Nargisi Kofta Ingredients:
200 grams minced meat
3 - Boiled Eggs
1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
3 tablespoons - Gram flour
1/2 tbsp - red chili powder
200 grams - curd
1 tbsp ghee
3 - Large Cardamom
2 - Cloves
1/2 tbsp - poppy seeds
3 pinches - cumin
1 large - onion
3 pinches - black pepper powder
salt to taste
According to oil requirement
How to make Nargisi Kofta:
1. First, put oil in a frying pan and heat it. Now roast cumin seeds,
poppy seeds, and clove cardamom. Now mash half the onion in the grinder and
mix yogurt in it and keep it.
2. Now mix half the onion in half the ginger and garlic paste and mix
it in the mixie.
3. Now take the boneless chicken and mince the chicken or grind it
using a mixer (or hand blender).
4. Now add the remaining ginger and garlic paste to the minced meat
and mix it well. Now add salt, pepper powder, gram flour, spices, and mashed
onion and mix it well.
5. Now boil the egg(half boil) and slightly cut across egg edges.
6. Now take some water on your hands and coated the mixture (step 4)
on all egg.
7. Next coat thinly with maida or cornflour. Now it’s ready to fry.
8. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the eggs covered with mince one
by one. This became Egg Kofta.
9. Now put ghee in a pan and heat it. Now add the mixed onion mixture
to the curd (steps 1 & 2) and roast it on low heat. Now add salt, red
chili powder, and fried egg kofta. Now cook for at least 10 mints.
10. Now, Nargisi Kofta is ready to serve
