Mango pickle recipe is very easy and tasty
Mango pickle ingredients
1 kilo raw mango
200 gram mustard oil
100 gram salt
50 gram turmeric powder
50 gram aniseed
50 gram fenugreek
50 gram yellow mustard
1/4 tsp asafoetida
2 tsp red chili powder
How to make Mango pickle recipe
Step 1:
To make mango pickle, first take mangoes and soak them in water for a
few hours. Now after some time take the mango and cut it into small pieces
along with the peel.
Step 2:
Now take fenugreek, fennel and yellow mustard and grind them finely
in a grinder. Now take a pan and put oil in it and heat it. Add the ground
spices, asafetida, turmeric, salt, red chili to the hot oil as well as
chopped mango pieces and mix with the spices.
Step 3:
Mix the spices well with the mango pieces and turn off the gas and
cover the pan for a while.
Step 4:
The mango pickle is ready to be made. Fill it in a jar and keep it in
the sun for 2-3 days daily. This will make the mango peel soft and your
pickle delicious too.
Step 5:
After 2-3 days, your mango pickle will be ready, you can use it in your
food and you can also feed delicious pickles to the rest.
