¼ cup coriander finely chopped
Salt to taste
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala
2 tsp lemon juice
For spring coating:
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
5 tablespoons water
½ cup breadcrumbs
How to Make Veg cutlet or Vegetable cutletVeg cutlet Preparations:
Step 1:
Boil the vegetables in steam in the cooker until they come to 2 cities.

Method of making veg cutlets:
Step 1:

Now add onion, ginger paste, and green chilies and fry till the
onion becomes soft.

Later add breadcrumbs and coriander and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Now add boiled vegetables and add all the dry spices, salt.
Step 5:
Mash with the help of masher and mix. Cook it for a few minutes or
until the wetness is gone.
Step 6:
Finally, add lemon juice and mix.
Step 7:
After the mixture cools down, put it in a plate by giving it the
shape of the cutlet.
Step 8:
Now, in turn, dip one cutlet in the solution and then put it in
the breadcrumbs and wrap it with both.
Step 9:
Similarly, prepare the rest and fry in hot oil until it becomes
golden and crispy.
Step 10:
Serve it hot and eat it.
