easily make it. Because you can make Butter Naan on a pan in your kitchen at

4 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons dried yeast
½ cup curd
3 + 3 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup hot milk
1 teaspoon salt
Butter Naan Recipe
Step 1
Put flour, yeast, butter,
milk, curd and salt in a big bowl. Now knead it very well until it becomes
soft. Now cover it like this and leave it in a warm place for 1-2 hours or
until the quantity of dough is doubled. (yeast inflates.)
Step 2
Now pressing on the flat surface of the fingers, press the dough in a
smooth place. In this way, press it for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Now divide it into 7 equal pieces and with the help of your hands
make it a round shape. Then by rolling it, you can also change the shape if
you want.
Step 4
Now keep pan or tawa on high flame. Now take the first one round one
by one and place it on pan or tawa.
Step 5
When bubbles start to form from the Naan and it comes in golden
color, then flip it over and cook the other side as well. And cook the other
balls in the same manner.
Step 6
Naan will still be very hot. Now
take butter vessel and polish both sides of Naan. You can use a spoon or a
hand to apply butter on it very well.
Step 7
Our hot butter naan recipe is ready. Serve it hot with curry recipe.
