Recipe of Poha

Poha Ingredients
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 pinch salt
2 teaspoons turmeric
8 curry leaves
2 grams chopped green chillies
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon refined oil
2 tablespoons mustard
For garnishing
2 coriander stalks
1 teaspoon Pomegranate seeds
For the main dish
1 thinly sliced potato
1 handful of raw peanuts
Recipe Of Poha
Step 1
Wash the Poha thoroughly and drain all the water and keep it for 15
minutes.
Step 2
Heat the oil on medium flame and add mustard seeds to it. When it
starts crackling, add curry leaves, peanuts, and green chilies.
Step 3
Take care not to burn peanuts. When the peanuts are fried, add
chopped potatoes to it. Let the potatoes cook well.
Step 4
Now add Poha to the pan. Mix everything well and add turmeric.
Step 5
When mixed, add sugar, salt, and lemon juice.
Step 6
Keep in mind that Poha is not too dry. Garnish it with coriander
leaves.

You can also try this with Pomegranate seeds.
