Recipe for Fish Cutlet
Fish cutlets recipe is one of the testy recipe for fish lover.
The ingredients for making fish cutlets :
Fish: - Half forts are cut
into large pieces of fish. And cleaned with clean water,
Onion: - Two onions finely
chopped,
Green Chili: - Four green
chillies finely chopped,
Dry red chillies: - two
coarsely opened,
Black pepper: - two
teaspoon pepper powder,
Vinegar (Fruit Vinegar): -
Four Tea Spoon Vinegar (Fruit Vinegar),
Potatoes: - A large potato
boiled and mashed,
Curry leaves: - Four - five
curry leaves,
Egg: - A raw egg,
Water: - Four tea spoon
water,
Turmeric Powder: - 1/4 t
spoon turmeric powder,
Ginger: - A piece of
ginger, finely chopped, of a MM
Oil: - A serving spoon oil,
Salt: - according to your
choice
How to make fish cutlet:
1. First of all, you cut half a pound of fish in big pieces. And wash
the fish well by adding clean water and salt. And in Mixing Bol you take
fish, add salt, 1/4 t spoon turmeric powder, 1/2 t spun black pepper powder
and four teaspoon vinegar (fruit vinegar), four teaspoon of water and wrap it
in the mixture and all Mix well.
2. Now you take a pan, by putting all these ingredients in it. Cook
on low heat for about five minutes. Cook on low heat with steam. And
refrigerate for five minutes.
3. Now take out all the thorns in the cooked fish. And you should
thoroughly mash the fish with which you can remove the thorns from it.
4. Now you boil the potato and mash it too. And finely chop the
onion, ginger, green chillies. Coarsely grind dry red chillies.
5. Now take a frying pan. Put half a serving of spoon oil in it and
heat the oil. When the oil is well heated, fry it by adding finely chopped
ginger, onion, green chillies, dry red chillies, curry leaves. Fry the onion
till it becomes a light golden color.
6. When onion color is light golden color, add 1/2 teaspoon black
pepper to it. And cook all these for one minute.
7. Now you put mashed fish and mashed potatoes in it. And you can
cook it by adding salt according to the freedom. For about 2 minutes more.
Turn off the gas. And refrigerate this mixture for 5 minutes.
8. Now make the mixture in small round shape and keep it in a vessel.
9. Now you take a bowl. You break an egg into it. Add 1/4 t spoon black
pepper, salt according to your choice and mix well.
10. Now take a frying pan. Put two teaspoon oil in it and heat it.
Now, one by one, dip the fish cutlets in the egg paste and roast them on both
sides in a low heat.
11. Now the Fish Cutlets are ready to serve with tomato sauce and Coriander
Leaf.

Suggestion for Fish Cutlet :
- You can use lemon zest and mint leaves in the fish cutlets.
- You can also use garlic, chaat-masala in this recipe.
- You can serve it with chutney and tomato sauce and Coriander Leaf.
Note :
Clean the fish thoroughly and cook on low heat with steam.
