Chicken Manchurian Recipe
This recipe prepared with Chinese
flavor is very tasty.
Chicken Manchurian Recipe:
In a bowl mix cornflour, eggs, 2 chopped green chillies,
salt and ginger garlic paste. Then half a cup of hot water into it. Now dip the
boneless chicken in this paste and wrap it well. Then heat the oil in the pan
and fry the chicken pieces in it. Now add two teaspoons of oil to the pan, then
add ginger garlic finely chopped. After that add green chili and cook on low
heat. Then add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and Ajinomoto and Cook it for a
minute. Now add chopped coriander and half a cup of water and cook it and mix
fry chicken in a while. Cook it for 4 minutes, reduce the flame and pour the
corn floor on top, so that the gravy becomes slightly thicker. Now you can
serve it hot.
Chicken Manchurian ingredients:
500g Chicken
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup refined oil
1/2 teaspoon ground green pepper
1/2 teaspoon chopped green chillies
250ml chicken stock
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
60 ml Water
2 tablespoons Cornflour
1 whipped egg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 handful chopped coriander
15 ml Light soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 finely chopped green onions.
How to serve Chicken Manchurian:
You can serve it with boiled rice or haka noodles. Chicken Manchurian
is usually served as a snack at a party too.
Chicken Manchurian Recipe In details :
Step 1
Whisk the eggs well with cornflour, semolina, salt, pepper and make a
smooth batter.
Step 2
Now put the chicken pieces one by one in the batter. Then heat the
oil in a pan and deep-fry these chicken till they turn golden brown and keep
them aside.
Step 3
After this, heat oil to make the Manchurian sauce and fry ginger and
garlic in it till it becomes light brown.
Step 4
Now mix green chili and coriander in it and cook for a minute. Then
reduce the heat, add chicken stock, soy sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper, and
Ajinomoto. Now allow the chicken to cook on low heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 5
Finally, boil the cornflour mixed with water. After that add fried
chicken pieces in this Manchurian sauce and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 6
Now, Chicken Manchurian recipe is ready to serve.
Step 7
Turn off the gas, turn the chicken in a serving bowl and garnish with
chopped green onions and serve with fried rice or noodles.

Vegetarian eaters can make Paneer Manchurian instead of
Chicken Manchurian.
