Recipe of Chicken Lollipop
Chicken lollipop is popular in South Asian Chinese cuisine.
Chicken Lollipop Recipe :-
Lollipop Chicken Grind (Chicken Leg pis): 1 KG
All porpuse flour: 100 grams
Corn flour: 3 tablespoons
Ginger Garlik pest: 3 tablespoons
Red Chili powder: 2 teaspoons
Black pepper powder: half teaspoon
Ginger (Choped Ginger): Half inch (finely)
Choped garlic: 12-15 (fine)
Spring Onion: Half Cup
Tomato sous: 3 tablespoons
Soya sous: 1 teaspoon
Green chili sous: 2 tablespoons
Salt: Flavor recommendations

Recipe of Chicken Lollipops / Chicken Lollipops recipe:
1. First wash the chicken thoroughly and add all the spices (chili,
coriander powder, coriander powder, and ginger garlic paste.
2. And we have mixed it, now keep it in the fridge for 5 minutes or
cover it and leave it.
3. And till then we add fine flour cornflour, chilli powder and a
little salt to another bowl and make a good paste. (Do not put all the chili
powder together, we have to add it later too)
4. And here our chicken and dhol are both ready.
6. When it gets fried from all the sides, take it out on a paper.
(You can also fry it and eat it)
7. Put the paper on the gas again and put some oil in it, when the
oil is hot, add ginger and garlic in it and fry it for a while. Then add
tomato sauce, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, light chilli powder and salt and
mix them well and roast them.
8. Then add the fried chicken in it and mix it well.
9. Now put green onions in it and turn off the gas.
10. Now we will garnish it with onion and lemon in a plate. And the
chicken lollipop is ready.

Suggestion:
- Adding an egg enhances the taste of chicken lollipops even more.
- The oil should not be too hot.
- Keep the flame of the gas medium while frying.
